Our managing director Kim Wilson has been heavily involved in the development of the Vietnamese macadamia industry from the very beginning.
Kim played a key role in the 5-year Australian/Vietnamese government-funded project that laid the groundwork for the establishment of the industry in Vietnam in 2006, and regularly consults on projects in the emerging Central Highlands growing region.
While the industry is still in its infancy, it has strong government support, and there are plans for massive expansion in the coming years. More than 200,000 hectares of macadamias are expected to be planted by 2020. Read about some of our Vietnamese macadamia projects below.
